I would hope that you'd only get points if you move from somewhere that is not san francisco, to the city itself. Starting out in sf and moving to a new house for example, would not be following this task.
My preferred method of this style torch is an upside down can of duster, with the little straw thing, and a butane lighter. You don't really have to be that afraid of it, you can hold the lighter ;)
